At Miwakuno, we want you to be happy with your purchase and so we understand that you may need to return an item to us in the event you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased. We have tried to simplify the process for you as much as possible. 

Note: All returned items must be in original condition, unwashed, unused and unworn with labels intact and in its original packaging. We are unable to accept items that are not in the original sale condition and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange should a return item not meet the above requirements, or if the product has been damaged by the recipient due to lack of care.

Non-eligible products for returns and exchanges

Customised Dresses, taggies, drool pads and sale & promotional items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Faulty or damaged products

At Miwakuno, we seek to ensure that all items sold on our website are of high quality. We carefully check and package your order before sending it to you. If however, you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at And all feedback will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Product colour discrepancies and portrayal

While we try our best to portray the items as accurately as possible on our website, please be advised that computer screen colour settings may vary and may affect the way items appear when viewed on your device. While we will try our best to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible, we will not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies that may occur.

How to make a return or exchange

Do contact us with your request at within 3 days of receiving your purchase if you need to make a return or do an exchange and we will advise you on the return process. 

If a return is accepted, you would also need to attach a copy of your order invoice together with your returned package. We will be in touch with you with regards to your replacement item. Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks.

All feedback will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
